The purpose:

to encourage the sharing of our experiences

to build a network of information gathering and resources on the issue of responsibility.

The word responsibility can be seen and heard everywhere! You’ve probably run into it in your daily life – What has your experience been like? What do you think all this commotion around ‘responsibility’ means? How do you feel about this constant call for responsibility?

Despite the social ramifications of this growing call for change in our attitudes and behaviour, there is little or no place receptive to an exchange of our doubts, frustrations and questions on this issue.

The Citizen’s Alliance for a Charter of Human Responsibilities is global because it is a collective effort bringing together distinct initiatives. “Getting it off our chest” provides a space in which we can speak openly to one another and broaden our horizons; without reproach and in the respect of one another.
