Responsibility relates to citizens’ choices, made in the context of collective alternatives, that are part and parcel of a shared social identity.

The principles are intended to give direction for further exchange and action.  Each principle is illustrated by inititives that contribute to the building of a culture of responsibility!

There are as many definitions, as there are ways of implementing responsibility! ” Together… everyone makes a difference”

The 10 principlesof the Charter serve a s a bridge to better link Rights and responsibilities. They are designed to assist in better developing answerability.

They are an initial step; in the acknowledgement of the immense diversity,making up our human response to responsibility.

Drawn up after moult consultations with participants from across the globe, they reflect a collective determination to deal with this diversity.
